Online sales policy

The trading name for online sales is Lighting & Sound Distribution (SG) Pte Ltd – Acceptance of all orders, whether local (Singapore) or overseas, is based on the express conditions that (“Buyer”) agrees to all the terms and conditions expressed herein. These terms and conditions govern unless (“Buyer”) objects to any terms herein within five (5) days from the receipt of delivery. Such objection must be in writing and received by (“Seller”) and (“Seller”) prior to commence any change. These terms and conditions represent the complete agreement of the parties and no modifying, add on or changing the provision stated herein shall take effects without both parties consent.

The content, organization, gathering, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the (“Site”) are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights, and the copying, redistribution, use or publication by a (“Buyer”) of any such content in any part of the (“Site”) is prohibited.

Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to edit or delete any information or content appearing on the (“Site”) and to remove any goods for sale. Upon notice published over the sales, Company may modify the prices, and may discontinue or revise any or all aspects of the (“Site”) in its sole discretion without prior notice. Modification of the product information will be deemed effective upon publication on the (“Site”) with respect to transactions occurring after closed sales transaction.

Online servicing policy

All carry-in products must be checked/ tested in working condition upon collection no further claim will be entertained thereafter.

We reserved the rights not to undertake or proceed with the repair if the product is found tempered, altered, modified or which may contradict in our business practice with our manufacturers / suppliers.

All repaired products MUST be collected after notification within ninety (90) days, otherwise we reserved the rights to have it disposed or sold off to recover the repair cost. All replacement spare parts are warranty for three (3) months from the date of notification.

In any event if we shall be called upon to provide delivery or installation for the serviced product at (“Buyer”) premises, such services may incur extra charges for manpower and transportation shall be borne by (“Buyer”)

Online delivery policy

(“Buyer”) shall inspect goods upon delivery. Should there be any complaint, it must be made known to (“Seller”) immediately on the same day. Kindly refer to our Shipping and Returns to read on more important notes.

Cancellation policy

(“Buyer”) may cancel the order at any time before the product status is stated as “Preparing for Delivery”.

Once preparation for delivery of the product is in progress, any cancellation in form of notification call or writing in will require (“Seller’s) approval. Once the product has been shipped out, the status for the order can no longer be cancelled at this point, and any cancellation will need to be made via the return process as set out in our Shipping and Return Policy.

(“Seller”) may cancel an order where there is inadequate stock to fulfil such order, where there will be unreasonable delay in sourcing of the products or where the product has been wrongly advertised or priced. In such instance, the (“Buyer”):

  • (a) will be notified of the cancellation via an email.
  • (b) shall be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price paid and shipping fees.

Care of products

Where (“Buyer”) is not within time to effect cancellation of an order for the product during the period set out above, and the product is subsequently delivered, the (“Buyer”) must not use the product and shall take all such care so as to ensure that no damage occurs to the product. In the event of any damage caused to the product, the (“Buyer”) will need to bear the costs for any consumption of, wear and tear or damage caused to the product.

General terms and conditions

THE SERVICE, CONTENT, GOODS AND SERVICES FROM OR THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED “AS-IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE DISCLAIMED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE DISCLAIMER OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). THE SOLE AND ENTIRE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF COMPANY, FOR ANY REASON, AND BUYER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE PARTICULAR ITEMS PURCHASED. COMPANY AND ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, DEALERS OR SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF PROFITS, LITIGATION, OR THE LIKE), WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE LIMITATIONS OF DAMAGES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN COMPANY AND BUYER. THIS SITE AND GOODS AND SERVICES WOULD NOT BE PROVIDED WITHOUT SUCH LIMITATIONS. SOME STATE STATUTES MAY APPLY REGARDING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

公司保留自行决定编辑或删除(“网站“)上出现的任何信息或内容以及删除待售产品的权利。根据发布有关销售的公告后,公司可以自行决定修改价格,并可以终止或修改(“网站”)的任何或所有方面,恕不另行通知。产品信息的修改将在已完成交易之后在(”网站“)上发布的交易生效。

在线服务政策

收货时必须在工作状态下进行检查/测试所有携带进来的产品,此后将不再提出索赔。

如果发现产品经过调温,更改修改或与我们的制造商/供应商的业务实践相抵触,我们保留不承担或继续进行维修的权利。

自通知之日起,所有替换备件的保修期为三(3)个月。收到通知后的九十(90)天内必须领取所有维修过的产品,否则我们保留将其处置或出售以收回维修费用的权利。

如果要求我们在(“买方”)的场所提供服务产品的交付或安装,此类服务则可能会产生额外的人工费用,并且运输费用应由(“买方”)承担。

在线交货政策

(“买家”)应在交货时检查货物,如果有任何投诉,则必须在同一天立即告知(“卖方”)。请参阅我们的运输和退货以阅读更重要的说明。

在线取消政策

(“买方”)可以在产品状态显示为“准备交货”之前随时取消订单。

一旦准备好交货状态,任何以电话或书面形式进行的取消订单都需要(“卖方”)批准。产品发货后,此时无法取消订单,并且需要按照我们的运输和退货政策中的退货流程进行任何取消。

(“卖方”)可以取消库存不足以履行订单,采购产品出现不合理的延迟,或产品广告错误或定价错误的情况下取消订单。在这种情况下,(“买方”):

  • 将会通过电子邮件收到通知取消。
  • 有权全额退还已支付的购买价和运输费。

产品保养

如果(“买方”)在上述规定的期限内不能及时取消产品订单,并且随后该产品已到达,(“买方”)则不得使用该产品,并且应格外小心以确保产品不会损坏。如果对产品造成任何损坏,(“买方”)将需要承担任何消耗,磨损或损坏产品的费用。

一般条款和条件
