Do we ship internationally?

Yes we do and subjected to restriction zones if our courier services is not available. We are using FedEx and TNT for dispatch of your order upon check-out. You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your package is in delivery process. Goods purchased online from outside your country of residence are subject to duties and taxes and you can pay via cash, cheque or credit card at the time of delivery even you do not have a FedEx or TNT account. The amount of duties and taxes for an item primarily depends on the item’s value, the type of product and the country where it was manufactured.

Countries Outside Singapore: Goods are subjected to customs duty and tax / please also read our Shipping & Returns Information.

Economy and Priority lead-time:

Delivery and Self-collection (within Singapore)

“Free Delivery” will be generated automatically as long order is above S$300.00 (before 7% GST), you may option for self-collection upon check-out, our front desk will contact buyer via email or phone call to schedule the preferred delivery/ self-collection date and time. Collection time is available during office hours between 9.30am to 6.30pm (Monday to Friday) at No. 52 Ubi Ave.3 #02-46 FRONTIER Singapore 408867. 

For re-delivery of order or order below S$300.00, a transportation charge of S$50 will apply. Alternatively, you can option to “self-collect” your order from our office.

Weekend / Public Holiday

There is no schedule for shipping/ delivery/ self-collection on weekend (Saturday and Sunday) including public holiday, we will arrange all shipping/ delivery/ self-collection on next available working day.

Delayed Delivery / Shipping

We won’t be held accountable for unforeseen circumstances (example: heavy flood or other causalities) which causes delivery to be delayed. In these situations we will make every effort to notify you of the delay and to make alternative arrangements to provide the quickest delivery to you.

Return or Exchange

You can return your product within 30 days of your purchase for a store credit, or to exchange of a different product, or a refund to the origin prior in written authorization accepted by us through email and indicate order ID reference. Please read Care of Products policy and exceptions to our return and exchange policy below;

  • Returned items must be in original packaging with all the accessories.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • All shipping fees for returned goods is to be borne by customer.
  • A re-stocking fees of 30% incur for return goods is prior to “Seller” approval.
  • It will takes 1 to 3 working days for process of store credit to be issued.
  • It will takes 3 to 15 days for processing refund and replacement of products.
